New video from Dead Prez.

I first got familiar with Mashonda when she was a R&B artist on J Records. I was doing some street promo for the label in the early 2000′s. Later on I found out she was married too producer Swizz Beats. I always thought her music was fresh, even though her album was never officially released.

Well… It looks like she’s back, this time gracing the new cover of King Magazine. This new issue hits newsstands on March 29th, 2011.

Here are some pics I snapped of Rozzi Daime during her ATL performance at Lenny’s in Atlanta on June 4th. She got on stage at like 2:30am and shut the club down till it closed! SA-RA Familia was in the house to let the ATL know that when Rozzi Daime comes thru, it’s a So Special affair.

I had known Rozzi pretty well, up to this point, but had never gotten a chance to see her perform. If I wasn’t a fan already, I was definitely one after that night.

I first became familiar with Rosa Acosta from Drakes “Breast (Best) I Ever Had” Video. Ever since then I’ve been receiving various e-mails with videos of her from photo-shoots, to just stretching. I must say, this is not a bad e-mail list to be on

So anyway young Rosa has been using social media to her advantage to gain a following. Using the ever so popular Twitter. Rosa promised that once she got 20,000 followers on Twitter she would post another Stretching video.

I gotta say I peeped the older god Ghostface Album today and its top notch. He is the best rapper to consistently slay R&B tracks next to Fabolous that can hit the radio and be a smash. The latest video to hit the net is Stapleton Sex off the September 29th release of Ghostdeni Wizard of Poetry in Emerald City. I’m gonna go ahead and say Viewer Discretion is Advised. You’ve Been Warned!!!!

I’m not saying we need to ring the alarm but attention has to be divided for our female emcees. I say this knowing we got a few thoro representers out here in ATLANTA. Wanna shout out my homegirl in Florida too making them dudes worry! Whadup Panache?! The resurgence is upon us and we must acknowledge our Queens as they take the stage!
