People always say they want a six pack but getting one takes tremendous work and dedication. You must remember everything you eat goes straight to your core. Part of the battle of getting a solid core is eating foods low in fat (oatmeal, brown rice, salad, chicken breast, turkey breast, mostly all green vegetables etc). Also sprinting instead of a boring treadmill run helps. You must wipe that layer of fat before you see results of these workouts. I work on my abs everyday I’m almost there!!!!!!!!!!!
The one thing I love about Christmas is I get to watch excellent basketball games while downing waaaay to many cups of eggnog. Great games on the tube today, while some just wasn’t(Orlando Magic vs New Orleans). Spurs vs Suns battling but the headliner game is all about the Lakers vs Celtics today at 5pm ET. I like though how the NBA just secretly announced the Slam Dunk Contest Contestants on the low. You already know Dwight Howard coming to defend his crown. The little big fella Nate Robinson, the high riser Rudy Gay and the twist this year is the fans vote on the last contestant. The rookies Joe Alexander, Rudy Fernandez, and Russel Westbrook. Up until now it has only been in the US that you could access Street View. Well Big Brother has set its sighs on Britain, and the people are NOT happy about it.
Plans by Google to photograph millions of British homes and publish them online have been condemned as a ‘gross invasion of privacy’.
The internet giant’s StreetView website will allow anyone in the world to type in a UK address or postcode and instantly see a 360-degree picture of the street.
It will include close-ups of buildings, cars and people. Critics say the site is a ‘burglar’s charter’ that makes it easy for criminals to check out potential victims.
The pictures also show people leaving and entering hospitals, health clinics, adult shops and hotels. Although their faces are deliberately blurred, many could still be recognised by their clothing and hair colour.
The site was launched in major American cities last year.
Google has confirmed it is now in the process of photographing Britain as part of the Street View project.
Cars emblazoned with the company’s logo and carrying massive 360-degree cameras have been spotted circling the streets of British cities in recent weeks.

With some exploring of Googles Street View ive seen not only my current spot.. i’ve seen my old spot.. peoples houses.. my moms crib back in jersey.. The sky is pretty much the limit on this joint. more and more Google is expanding its StreetView EVERYWHERE.

I read something the other day where people are setting up pool parties through myspace and facebook.. at OTHER people pools they found on google maps that they decided to crash. lol let me find somebody invading my territory and they gon catch a brick to the face i promise!
