First off – BIG SHOUTS OUT TO Romeo C. for being very patient with me, and this review. So I’ve have this game for a good 5 months now, and JUST now getting a chance to type up this review and share my thoughts.

Why? – If you follow this blog, you see what I’ve been up too, on the road, filming videos, putting new projects together, and of course Regular Life kicks in, and theirs Bills, Bills, and Bills to be paid.

With that said, after a long day, there’s nothing like coming home and checking out Atari’s “Ready 2 Rumble Revolution” video game for the Nintendo Wii. It’s the perfect way to end a rough day, facing off with your TV and beating the living mess out of somebody. Also makes for a good workout might I add.

Unlike other boxing games for the Wii I’ve played, the punches for R2RR are well thought out. The best thing you can do is go ALL the way thru the tutorial at the beginning of the game. This will give you a Great idea on what your up against when the real fighting starts. You also have to understand how the RUMBlE meter thing works, which is filled up by taunting the other fighter, and counter punching. Once it gets full, it allows you to unleash powerful combos that can give you a K.O. if all the punches hit their mark.

Another great feature about this the game is the ability to create your own character. You have the option to choose everything about your boxer, including their fighting style and even how they are introduced in the ring. The more fights you win, the more money you make, and the more money you have, the more you can unlock extras.

The only thing I didn’t like about R2RR was some of the controls when you get heavy into fighting. At first I had to check my Wii remote to make sure my batteries were fully charged (which they were). Some of the motions seem a lil unresponsive which is very important for the Wii since the game is so interactive and based on your movements. This made me very frustrated with this game at times, but overall I had a good time, and It’s a great game to play by yourself or amongst friends.

Rating System: 1 Brick = Automatic Classic 2 Bricks = Solid Effort 3 Bricks = Aiiiiiiight 4 Bricks = Your Buggin 5 Bricks = What the hell were you thinking! You deserve to get hit with 5 bricks to face for us having to listen to this.

I spotted the homie Dj Jaycee winning with the San Diego Chargers. Still trying to figure out how we ended up wearing the same kicks, some old Nike Air Philly Alpha Force – Red, White, and Blue – You know the joints Charles Barkley used to wear waaaaaay back in the day.

Always sexy to see women playing video games and watching football.

At the end of the night as I was leaving Big Boi (Outkast) showed up.

Shout out to everybody who came threw the spot, Yung Joc, OJ the Juice Man, Jermaine Dupri, Mr. Marcus, Ryan Glover, Big Boi, Tai, Fadia Kader, Maurice Garland, Jacinta, Amir, Atlien, Dj Drama, Dj Sense, Decatur Dan, Keinon and everybody else I bumped into.

I’ve been sitting on copy of Sacred 2 – Fallen Angel on X Box 360 for a minute now. I got a chance to play it back in May, but didn’t really get a chance to get too deep into, until recently.

Imagine Braveheart with Medevil looking monsters, dragons, and such. That’s what Sacred 2 reminds me off.

Some things I like about this game is you get the option to play the hero or the villain. You have 6 characters to choose from, each character of course has their own unique abilities. I prefer “Evil Inquister” myself. The game has an interesting theme which you have to play for a while to really comprehend. BUT… the basis is running around slaughtering monsters level to level. There are plenty of different jobs, tasks to complete which is kinda cool, because it definitely keeps you busy, and holds your attention.

One thing I didn’t really enjoy were the HUGE maps, and how they can be a bit difficult to navigate. It also seems like there are a few dead ends on the maps, which can be a waste of time if you head too far in the wrong direction.

But overall, I found the game play to be very entertaining, and the graphics are AMAZING. If you enjoy action, monsters, and fighting, Sacred 2 – Fallen Angel is the game for you.

So recently I got a copy of Lux Pain (Nintendo DS) in the mail for me to review. After playing the game for sometime now, I think it’s safe to say I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS GAME WAS MADE!

The story revolves around the game’s main character Atsuki Saijo. Atsuki is a member of an underground task force known as FORT, who is seeking out some sort of evil known as SILENT that is responsible for a rash of unexplained suicides. To get to the bottom of this threat and prevent more deaths, Atsuki needs to make use of his, ugh, telepathic powers and must, double ugh, go undercover at a local high school to gather information.

One second I was scratching the screen looking for worms, the next second I’m stuck in a chat with a character that seems to have nothing to do with nothing.

Remember those old Kung Fu movies, where the characters mouths and sound didn’t match? Well this game is like that. It sounds as if it was translated a few different times before it reached U.S. soil.

There’s WAY too much dialogue, the plot makes little to no sense, un-exciting gameplay all = a game I will never play again!
