Common w/ The Roots In Atlanta, GA: Video

So this Saturday night the ATL was Jamming. First you had Slick Rick & Doug E. Fresh in town for “For Sisters Only” event. Then of course The Goodie Mob Reunion, and Common and The Roots were performing at The Velvet Room. The Velvet Room is NOT the best place in ATL to catch live Hip Hop, especially since it’s a club not a real venue, and them cats at the door can be very funny style. Needless to say I skipped this one, and went to Goodie Mob instead. But luckily for us the homie from One 66 Soul went to check it out and caught this footage.

I did however hear I missed out on seeing Amerie who was in the spot, as well as Boyz 2 Men who apparently were the special guest for the evening. WOW! Who Knew.
