Creative Control (Second Saturdays) July 12th Re Cap: Atlanta

Creative Control is the culmination Atlanta’s premiere Saturday night Hip Hop parties (A Vibe Called Fresh and Creative Control) which joined forces to birth Atlanta’s ONLY hip-hop Jam session and Dance Party. The Jam session consists of Live Drums, Guitar, Turntables, Samplers (MPC) Etc and Features some of ATL’s finest emerging artists. In the past few months the two have brought you artists and dj’s such as: Diamond D (D.I.T.C.), Dj Lord, EMC – Masta Ace, Punchline, Wordsworth, and Stricklin, Dj’s Jaycee, Applejac, Steve Deniro, Shakim, and Fudge. This past Saturday July 12th, this is how it went down.

Senor Kaos and Rock Most got busy
Short Bus Alumni brought the energy up a notch!
Surprise guest and special performance by Small Eyez (Chesing The Cool).
Amdex and DT from Clan Destined held it down on the Turntables, the MPC, and the Microphones!
The ladies were def in the place.

Spree Wilson was def in the house, and he did his thing on the Guitar and Mic.
From what I remember off top there’s not a lot of pics of you performing either. I snapped one, but it came out kinda blurry.
Waddup yo! I just gotta say I had a blast at Creative Control Saturday night! August 9th is DEF on my calendar, hopefully for more reasons than the obvious (waddup Rock Most);). My extended fam, Short Bus Alumni rocked it, my mans Dillon did his thing (waddup Uncle Herm), Spree Wilson wRECked it (much respect yo), as did a slew of cats I’ve never heard of: Clan Destined (NICE!), Boog Brown (i see u mami), Small Eyez (word up), and of course Rock Most & Senor Kaos (appreciate the shouts fam). And YOOOOO DJ Fudge held it down ALL NIGHT on the tables…good look, once again!
A’int nuthin like quality hip hop music! Nodody came weak man…I was really pleased. After just recently movin to the A, it’s refreshing that i can go & get the authentic, ya dig? much respect & many props to all entities responsible for puttin this on. you got a regular in BIG REC. Peace & Bless.
Peace to everybody that came out and supported The Bus and all the other great artists (Mr. T’s Revenge out 07/22/08!!! Sorry bout the shameless plug Kaos!). Yo Senor, I’m trying to hear some product homie. You got chops for days. I pretty damn mad I missed Dillon on stage cause he did “Won’t Do” (R.I.B. J Dilla) Which is my shit!!!! Boog Brown, respect to the D. You doing your thing for the Glove.
