Til I stepped on it and got this reading!!!! I couldn’t believe it! 170lbs-180lbs maybe, but 201.8lbs?
That made me feel like this…
I said nah… this joint is wrong lemme take another reading and it said…
And I felt like…
So I’m going to change my workout and eating habits. I’m not going on a diet, diets suck and DO NOT WORK. I am CHANGING my eating habits, working out, lifting weights, running and playing basketball. So if anyone wants to go in with me holla at ya boy and let’s get it together
