NFL Scores and News: Week 6

I can truly say that this week has been a very intersting week in the NFL. There were great games played including a blocked punt that would give the Arizona Cardinals against the Dallas Cowboys 30-24 in overtime. Cowboys QB Tony Romo injured his pinky in the first play of overtime causing him to miss the next four weeks. In addition to that lost, the Cowboys may lose DE Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones while he waits to see what his punishment would be by the NFL.

The Atlanta Falcons pulled off an AMAZING win Sunday 22-20. The Chicago Bears thought they won they game after a Touchdown with :11 seconds to go. But Matt Ryan threw a pass that put that Falcons in field goal range and with one second left. Then Falcons kicker Jason Elam made the game-winning 48 yard FG that would give them their fourth win of the season. Many predicted that they would only win three and now they have matched their win total from last season. Can somebody say “playoffs????” Well, I’ll say it DAMMIT!!! (LOL)
