the REAL question u shoulda asked was WHO was the DJ spinning for Biggie at that OutKast picnic? the answer would be yours truly!!! it was I that pulled out Mad Lion’s “Take It Easy” instrumental cutting it back and forth while he was doing his “Unbelievable” verse…
a year later it shows up on vinyl as a Funkmaster Flex freestyle on Nervous Records with Flex cutting up the Mad Lion.
i was kinda salty for a sec but then i realized that certain folk just don’t like to give credit where due…
