SLICK RICK IS STILL THE RULER!!! Part I

Slick Rick performed tonight with Live Band – Connie Price and The Keystones @ The Loft in Atlanta.

WOW!! What a way to end the year of 2007. This year along we Big Daddy Kane, De La Soul, Little Brother, GZA, Ghostface, and Raekwon come threw the city and rip the stage. I’ve seen Slick Rick perform several times over the years, a few times with Doug E Fresh, but never with a Live Band.

First off, Slick Rick deserves all the credit he gets and then some. From start to finish dude rocks a show, no hypeman, no 20 people on stage, no bullshit!!!

And to add to that, dude is one of the most humble cats I’ve met in a while.

Shout out to Arnold Barr and D Woods who held down the pics, Trav, Fred, and Ray for making the event run smooth and too everybody who came threw and enjoyed themselves.

Sorry if you missed it, check the pics and enjoy.

Part TWO coming soon!
